Utilizing our advanced FADAR® technology, our equipment generates a fine stream of air microbubbles that adhere to wastewater flocs. These microbubbles lift the flocs to the surface, where a scraper system collects the resulting sludge.
This process reduces total suspended solids by up to 90%, decreases COD, and achieves a sludge dryness of around 6%. Our FADAR® technology is a highly efficient solution for wastewater treatment.
Dissolved air flotation devices separate solids using FADAR® technology, developed by Toro Equipment, which enhances flotation by injecting air microbubbles into the floc. This reduces the floc’s density, creating what we call sponge flocs, which increases the separation rate. Stokes’ theorem.
The high dryness of the cakes achieved allows the waste to be managed as solids, considerably reducing waste management costs.
We have developed an optional intelligent programme for our rotary sieves. It is equipped with a frequency inverter designed specifically for the motor, which guarantees low energy consumption. It operates as a stand-alone machine that does not require any configuration or parameterisation, just plug and play. The TR-Smart® integrates a data logger based on historical values, which calculates the optimal start-up speed in any application, avoiding overflow and the frequency inverter adjusts the screen speed automatically.
In addition, it measures the amount of dirt accumulated in the equipment, and decides when to start the cleaning cycle.
The ideal solution in logistically challenging environments or with space and time constraints that require lightweight and versatile solutions on short lead times.
Our modular tank products are certified by NSF, which is the global leader in GFSI benchmarked standards certification, with exceptional technical expertise, consistently evaluated auditors, and the ability to deliver certification on time.
Static clarifiers are specially designed for biological processes such as secondary sedimentation. However, lamella clarifiers are designed for the separation of inorganic solids, usually in primary sedimentation.
The function of the clarifier is to separate the semi-heavy and heavy elements in suspension (sands, clays, silts), which are carried by the water and which damage the subsequent treatment, generating deposits in the hydraulic conduits, pipes and channels, abrasion in pump impellers and equipment.
The clarifiers manufactured in Toro Equipment’s facilities are designed for the separation of solids from water.
Useful in primary and tertiary treatment.
They can be quickly connected, relocated and commissioned anywhere in the world within specified electrical regulations.
These plants allow the preparation (mixing with water), maturation and dosing of the polyelectrolyte in an automatic and simple way.
